I bought a new BMW from Jesus in November of 2020 and the process was flawless. I brought my 2013 BMW in to be serviced a few months later and they encountered some unforeseen issues that required them to keep my car for awhile. Christian at the desk and Tim Beach in maintenance were great to work with. Tim took the time repeatedly to discuss the issues with me and gave me a very honest assessment which I appreciated. This is the only dealership I trust with both of my vehicles. I highly recommend!

Great experience! Christian was my service rep for my oil change and inspection for my 2014 BMW 5 series. His communication was great. The overall service experience was fantastic. The video and estimates were easy to view and they did a great job cleaning the car after the fact. Very happy! Highly recommend!
